hello guys,

can i apply to CIO right now, as i have just 20 month of experience. do they lock the information provided to CIO and CHC will asses the candidates uppon that information, no changes are applicabe. is it possible that i take the test after CIO approve me, or will they give me 17 points for providing the proof of 24 month of experience, while at the time of CIO, NS i had 20 month experience.

They assess your experience as per the application locking date and give you 15 points.

You will get points for 24 months as well provided your file is checked by the I/O or V/O at the local visa office only if you complete 24 months before local visa officer assessment.
