try googling it. i'm sure there is an immigrant settlement organization in or near toronto. i know ottawa has one, so it would make sense toronto has one as well. remember, if an organization wants you to pay for any of their service... RUN! there is bound to be a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organization in your area that will help with career search and other settlement concerns FREE OF CHARGE. The one in ottawa even offers FREE french classes.
