Settlement funds proof , do we need bank letter ?

Hi,

For settlement funds proof to be send along with the immi docs to Buffalo visa office, will the bank statements suffice or a letter from bank is also necessary?
i have bank statements from my home country india and bank in USA

i am not a Buffalo visa office applicant. but i believe if you already have bank statements, there is no need of bank letters.

I have sent bank account statements to CIC buffalo, hopefully it should be fine

If they will ask we can get letter from bank and send to them.

I think sending bank statement only should be OK but if you want to play more safe then you can request your bank to get you one.
