Service Certificate

My present HR has issued a service certificate with duties I have & am performing. I was promoted 4 times to new roles & my HR has given detail of duties for each role in multiple-paragraphs and it's almost 2 & half page document.

Should I high-light matching duties with high-lighter desired in NOC or submit it without making any mark on that (untouched).

I guess u should submit it without making any mark on it so it doesn't look fake. Just submit it the way ur HOUR has written it
