Serious question about CAP!!!

Confused about one thing CIC says 1000 applications per NOC category, so total 50 codes multiplied by 1000 is 50000 application, but on the page

of CIC applications we will accept (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp) it says Total received toward the overall cap: 5,223 of 25,000..

Where are we missing out information is it us that is not understanding the process or CIC that has an error on the webpage.

Yes friend, there is overall CAP of 25.000 as well. This applies to each and every appication irrespectively of sub-CAP based on NOC code. Once overall CAP is full CIO stops accepting new applications for FSW2014 and all the apps received after this point will be returned.
