September 2013 intake in colleges and university lets join and discuss!!!

********* URGENT*************

In my Admission offer letter from Concordia University, i have to confirm the seat by 1st April and in addition, I am also asked to Register for the courses .

THis is what exactly written over there

"***Please contact your CIISE department advisor, Silvie Pasquarelli at (graduate@ciise.concordia.ca) for course registration and program information by the confirmation date indicated above."

Please suggest how to proceed for the Course Registration as early as possible.

I am calling them but no 1 is picking up the phone and I have sent a mail to the desired Email ID for the confirmation

Hi,

I just got the admission offer for MEngg in Engg management program in Univ of Ottawa

The problem is that Tuition fee is not updated for this year..

I need to show to Bank the entire fee structure for 2013-14 to get my loan sanctioned but they will generate the fee structure only in the month of June....and we can pay tuition fee after the course Registration only which will start from 26th June onwards... That will be , I think, too late to apply for Loan and then Study permit

I have got admission offer and LOA from Concordia University also and I need to confirm the seat by 31st March'13 there...

Please suggest what I should do... Which one to chose in this precarious situation of mine

I am planning for this sept intake, is it good if I take ielts exam date on 5th June ? or is it little late ?


considering, IELTS exam on 5th June - result on 20th June
Applying in colleges - offer letter may come around 10 july.....

Still there are chances for getting into for Sept intake ?? how much time shall be considered for Scotia bank account opening process ? what is the deadline for this sept intake ??

@vishal: You are already way behind schedule. Applications for international students are long over for the Fall Term. Some universities even have application deadline as early as January 2013. Try applying for the Winter Term or wait for the Fall Term 2014. Visit the program website of your prospective universities for the complete information. This contains all the requirements and procedures for admission.

I see did u talk with any college 1st that you will apply in june or you are assuming that college will send you the Acceptence letter because most of the college deadlines of eptember maximum maximum is march and if they grant more and seats are available then till april..... first you check with the college because for visa from india its not a problem as it takes 2 weeks.. but colleges are having certain deadlines... for september intake Colleges deadline mostly in march.. some even says mid feb some january....

and some till april in case if seats are available... so you have crossed all the deadlines.... but its never late specially for Indian students as why the expect an earlier application from International students because they have to go through the visa aplication also.. otherwise for local deadline is mostly june or may be july...... so you have to check with the college first instead of making plan on your own!!

i want to do masters in canada in information security but some consultants are advicing me to opt for pg diploma not for ms bcs it hai more job scope n visa scope....pls tel me that what should i do masters or pg diploma and which have more chances of geting visa

Applied in Saint Mary's University for Masters program. Applied for visa already. :)

Just worried because of jobs availability in Halifax city. Above that based on the immigration rules, I wont b able to work (off-campus) for first 6-8 months. I can do on-campus but don't think it's easy to get on-campus job!!! :(

Now really really worried about financing issues... :(

Whats the cut off date to complete formalities and submit to college or visa? Like can i still fit in if i submit stuff during the month of august?

To my opinion you will not fit, because it takes around 45 days (Web) but it will take more time (Check my durations), therefore applying might end up with rejection!!! I am not discouraging you.

Try to submit asap, better if u do it within June. :)

Just got an acceptance letter from Humber for Global Business Management for Sept 2013 intake under non SPP, now need your valuable suggestions regarding showing my funds, m planing to pay 1st semester fee by my own savings.

1. how much money i should show in my account and my sponsors savings account?
2. What all things are important for a smooth for a smooth transition.

I just came to know that non spp takes little longer, so all suggestions are welcome because i think i have very little time.......

Appreciate your answers.......people who got visas please help...... Sandhuboy- veerey help me little bit about funding......
