Sept intake Reopen college and courses of Software in canada

I have got 6.5 in IELTS (L 7.0 W 5.5 R 6.5 S 6.5)
BE inInformation technology 7.3 CGPA
4 years software developer experience
any chance to get admission in sept intake ?

If you already have so much experience in software there is likely to be concern that you are not a true student.

My sop can make them clear intention of study . Morover program selection also make matters like for senior position i need of project management skills .etc . My question was how to know reopen colleges for sept intake .?

Your question is too general you need to decide on province/city first then you need to research colleges that offer the specific course you are looking for. Having done that the college website will usually indicate if they are still accepting applications for September.

As per Canuck with 4 years SW experience already your SOP will need to be convincing if just going for another SW course whereas a masters or project management for example might be convincing. Nobody here can really second guess your SOP will be successful or not.
