separation certificate

Hi

I am from Australia and have applied for Canada immigration, my martial status is separated. The problem is CHC is asking for legal separation certificate from her( my spouse ) side. Now how can i get a separation certificate or document as I am a student here in Australia and my spouse is also in Australia, i dont know her where abouts. Please help me. I have 30 days for that.

Get in contact with her and get some legal papers which shows your are separated maybe a statement from her confirming that your are separated.
