Separated from wife (but unable to get PCC/medical exam/affidavit)

Hi Seniors,

I have been separated from wife for over a year. Wife is not in talking terms and hence I am not able to obtain PCC or medical exam report.

Also, wife's family is not ready to start divorce process. Kindly advice if there is any way to get PR under Express entry process, without having to submit any documents related to wife ?

Do you live in a country where both parties have to agree to the divorce?
