I am married for 4 years and have a child , we are separated from 3 years , but we don't put any legal action for divorce or anything.
We are still not in contact but i know if any court file will be applied, she will hang me for year's and more.
i want to go canada for study for 2 years post graduation diploma and want to be PR over there, than i will take my parents with me over there, but not my spouse , may be child.
so at the PGWP (work permit) i will apply for PR , So what's precautions i have to do going before canada, and what column's i have check while apply for study permit, like spouse - yes or No . Is there any problems happen , if she go court after landing me in canada as study permit ?
And what's things i have to prepare before applying a PR in express entry pool ?
because i don't want to sponser my spouse for PR.
and she will want to stuck me each and every point where she can do.
give me suggestions i have time 2 years study and atleast one year work permit ,total 3+3 years before time = 6 years of separation time.
