When there is not enough space like in Employee history it is advised to use a separate sheet of paper.

Should you place that separate sheet of paper right after the current page in the form or at the end of the form?

Is it ok to label photos of ID's such as passports e.g ("Current Passport" , "Previous passport") ?

Where do we put the barcodes, each set of barcodes in front of each form OR all sets of barcodes in front of all forms?

Yes, it's okay to label next to the IDs. We put notes next to ours.

It front of all forms. Put the checklist and barcodes at the top of your package.
