senoirs pls help me know about my case after my marriage took place

hello seniors|!
i applied to the cio, canada on december 6, 2009 and they replied in an email on feb 09, 2010 advising to send full documents to the respective visa office with in 120 days. now for your information , i have been married to my Bangladeshi beloved on February 05, 2010 . she is a university lecturer and completed 17 years education by which we can claim points for adaptability although i have been principal applicant in initial application. under the circumstances, what things should i do|?
the following i prepared for final application|:
a.all certified educational certificates and job references for both of us
b.photographs for both of us
c.birth certificates for both of us
d.passports for both of us
e. proof of funds for both of us.
f.my language proficiency|: IELTS
g.marriage certificate notarized.
h. A copy of this letter with the reference number above
i.Application for Permanent Residence in Canada [IMM 0008]
j Schedule 1: Background/Declaration [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1]
k. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
l. Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (if applicable)

things not done yet|:
still i have not notified the visa office, Singapore regarding my marital situation. seniors please |||||||||||||! advise me what thing should i do \?

Hi,

All the A to L are perfect. Just write a cover letter intimating CHC about your recent wedding & inform that u have attached the relevant Forms, Fees & Docs.

If u decide to send the RPRF [recommended], don't forget to send for both.

In covering letter mention and highlight the changes as well as you will need to add her name in the forms and details as well. Mention those changes very clearly. Rest of the details are fine.
