Hey,
I'm just about to submit my application (ahhh!!) and I wanted to see if anyone can tell me if there's something I'm missing? I would REALLY appreciate anyone's help!
Applying:
Outland, via Express Entry. PNP program. Nova Scotia Experience Class (3+ years work experience in NS)
Required Documents List:
- Proof of post-secondary education:
Uploaded high school diploma, ECA from ICAS, and IELTS (CLB 8.5). See LOE for more
- Proof of funds:
Have two letters from my bank (my only bank). Letters are in both Polish and English and are stamped and signed by two bank employees. State all current accounts, state account balances and opening dates. Also state that there are no debts, seizures, or executions made on the accounts in the last 6 months. Also full balances including deposits and withdrawals from October 2017 to present.
Also I have attached a gift deed from my parents in Australia which is on stamp paper and notarized, as they have gifted me $5,000. I have attached PDF copy of their transaction confirmation after sending, and my transaction confirmation after receiving the money.
- Digital Photo:
Attached in full colour .jpeg, meets specifications
- Passport scans
Two passports, both valid (dual nationalities). Both scanned in full colour and scanned every page with stamps. All stamps are in English.
- Proof of medical exam:
Received proof of exam in e-medical form and uploaded.
- Police Certificate (Poland)
Uploaded Zapytanie o udzielenie informacji o osobie. Also went through DocsBase to have full certificate (including application form) translated, certified, and stamped by notary. Have attached a copy of the original, certified copy of original, and certified translation.
- Police Certificate (Australia)
Attached scan full colour. Also included full drivers' history (I am from Victoria)
- Police Certificate (UK)
Attached full scan in colour.
- Job Reference (Current job NOC 6221)
Attached scan in full colour, signed by my current direct boss and printed on company letterhead. Outlines all job responsibilities in line with NOC 6221, hours worked, wages earned.
- Job Reference (Experience NOC 6221 - 2014-2017 in Nova Scotia)
Attached scan in full colour, signed by HR and payroll administrator in Canada and printed on company letterhead. Outlines all job responsibilities in line with NOC 6221, hours worked, wages earned.
- Job Reference (Nova Scotia)
Attached scan in full colour from my employer in Nova Scotia from 2013-2014. NOC is not applicable to my express entry profile but the letter for me was nice to have.
- Letter of Explanation:
LoE outlines multiple issues. Firstly, I never completed post-secondary education (and have never declared it in my immigration processes). I contacted IRCC and they said they don't know why it's being asked for, but that I should explain this in my LoE why I can't provide it, so here it is.
Secondly, I do have a history with IRCC. I completed International Experience Canada from 2013-2014 and then I had an inland spousal application with my then common-law partner which I withdrew in 2017 when the relationship unfortunately ended. I have attached AoR and Withdrawal letters from this process, and explained the timeline of events in which all of this happened. I don't have the work permits anymore (they were taken from me by customs) so I have explained this also
Attached my full travel history from 2008 to present in PDF table, with dates, places visited (including hotels stayed at), and permanent address at the time. I have made over 48 trips in the last 3 years so it was important for me to make this section as clear and detailed as I could.
Attached Birth Certificate, CV, and Nomination Certificate from Nova Scotia in full colour scans.
______
I know this is a lot of information. Am I missing anything here?
If you can help then I will definitely owe you a beer in Canada!!
