Seniors plz help, what should I do ?

I have send my file by TCS VISA TRONIX service they give a reciept with tracking number . At first status was 'delivered to high commission' then changed to 'in-transit '.it's still in transit and I got medical letter at my postal address on 1st November by another tracking number, after medical when I sent back my passport they give me a reciept with another tracking number. Now m confused which number should I should follow .
The first one is in "intransit status" second one delivered , third one "received to TCS Islamabad "

I wrote to CHC they replied with same old letter which they send to everyone , in process .

TCS staff also can't give satisfactory reply.

For contacting CHC ISB use your file number which you have been issued and for tracking system which is useless at all I preferred you to use non of them . .

As far I feel use your first tracking number.
