Seniors pls help in understanding caips codes

my caips notes states one line that i don't understand. Please tell me if you know the meaning of this line
SCERT IN LIEU OF BC

also, psdec 1 and seldec 4 is there which means i have cleared paper screening and selection decision is waived

but they haven't entered anything for BDEC, which means background or security check i guess

and one more thing they have written
STATUS
CRIM SEC

Does it mean that i have cleared criminal check and security is pending because still my medicals are pending.
They have also mentioned IMM 1017 request 3months back which i haven't recieved yet and i am trying to contact them regarding this
what do you think whats my status right now.

Sunny, I was expecting to see in the CAIPS notes anything related to medical. Is there anything that says medical forms have been forwarded to you on xx-xx-xxxx? PLs reply.

May I know when was the exact date you ordered your CAIPS. I ordered mine last December 4, 2009, and I dont have it yet up to this time.

hi wilson, you r absolutely right that i provided school certificate instead of birth certificate and
aspire, its written in caips notes that they request for medical rprf(IMM1017) already 4months back which i didn't receive and i have sent email to chc regarding this

seldec means selection decision which is based on interview and in my case they have written 4 which means waived.

IMM 1017 is mentioned in caipsnotes if they asked for medical
and also they clearly write about this (medical and rprf requested) on xxxxxx

i guess these are codes for immigration officers.

I agree with Sunny, and I think the VO opened your file yesterday, January 15 as the BFD indicates.

It is also BDEC blank in my ciaps file.when u got ur caips codes?when u ordered caips file bcoz i have come to know when we order caips file they immdiately print our file but they issue this after 1 month. so we have one month old progress report.

I agree with Sunny, and I think the VO opened your file yesterday, January 15 as the BFD indicates.

My BFD is 15 Dec 2009 not 15 jan 2010. Actually we recieve caips file one month later. What u think when they will finish processing as they r processing my application for last 7 months.

Hi,

I understand the said codes RCM and R2M represents the initials of the IO/VO handling your file.
Different officials used to review your file and their references and dates are noted accordingly like "File braught forward on.....
If there is a medical request there can be entry like MEDS or MED on xx-xx-xxxx date shows the time limit of medical request.
