This letter refers to the letter dated 10 May 2010 which I had received from that office. I express heartfelt gratitude to you for providing me this opportunity so that I could clarify more about my employment.
Dear sir/madam I assure you that the information that I have provided in support of my current application is all true and genuine rather I have been being victimized due to the great laps of my employer and their overlapped School / College management as well as error of some designated person while giving me the concerned documents. I also kindly informed you that if any one of my documents that I have provided are proved to be misrepresented or false during further investigation like background check or any other means of verification, I will be agree to face any kind of legal punishment or outcome.
I am sure that the concrete ground reality of my employment is completely matched with the motto of my targeted occupation and profession. By realizing the same and believing on the power of truth I had also requested to reconsider the decision on my previous application. But since the whole process was already been completed I could not get my destination with that too. So I have reapplied by clarifying my whole reality of victimization. I hope and pray that the real truth would get its justice on my employment at this time.
So far as the whole process of my employment and concerned documentation with my employer is concerned, I had joined SchEMS College, +2 on 15th August 2004 for the 1st time for the post of English Teacher. I worked regularly for TWO years for the same till 15th August 2006. Then after I was promoted as an English Lecturer and given classes to teach to the Bachelor level students on 16th August 2006 onwards. Which I have been doing regularly by present date. I can provide a complete detail of the syllabus, course ways that I have been doing for the same. I had been given an appointment as well as promotion letter informing the promotion on my designation as well as increment on my salary which I had excitedly accepted without keeping my sharp eyes on legality of the concerned document for which I have been regretting now a days. I only realized the great error of my employer while appointing me for my latest designation only at the time I got the decision letter from that office on my 1st application. I concluded that it is the managerial weakness of my employer for being unable to verify my designation by creating discrepancies on what I have been offering them.
So I had raised a complain with the senior management of schEMS that the appointment letter dated 16th August 2006 in the name of SchEMS College, +2 , signed by............... does not give an authentic clarification for my employment that I have been doing for them and also requested to justify the same. The college management had considered my request and assured me that they will correct their mistake only in the case that if I return back the original copy of the same to them. I was also assured that the terms and conditions would not be changed with the new letter of employment. So as I returned the original copy of my employment letter to them, they had given me the new one informing that all the terms and conditions are already in applicable since 16th August 2006. It is probably because of this that both my old and current appointment letter might be in the same date.
Thus I don’t have any other words to expose this reality to you and I heartly request to take my victimization from humanitarian perception and consider my request at this time.
I am very sorry and shameful to write that even the professional academies have committed this sort of weakness in the context of my tenure for which I have been victimized regularly during my career.
Now too I have requested to my employer to give an explanation on my current letter of Employment in a sealed envelop with an application and I have included the same as it is ,So that it would be additional information.
At last I will be respectfully accepting your conclusion and decision whatever you take on the basis of this explanation.
