please please help me out in strange situation
i got medical last year nov 2011 .i sent it same month cic got .i oreded caips
that showing
paper selection passed total point 78
selection decision passed
medical decision m01
sec crim 0
back ground dec 0
other dec 0
final dec 0
stauts sec crim
medical recevied and landing fees cashed also

now my work permit is going expire soon
i am going to apply visitor visa next week

so my questions are

1 what is mean from file status?
2 is it ok in this situation apply visitor visa or study visa?
if i will get visitor visa and
4 can i apply work permit if i will find employer and lmo?
