Seniors Please Help

Hi respected forum members,
I have a question please. I submitted my application on august 27th 2011 and it was received by CIC on august 29th 2011 for NOC 1122
Then on august 30th, I checked their website and found out that the quota for NOC has been reached. I haven't heard from CIC
and my credit card has not been charged as well. They also have not returned my application. How long will it take them either to start processing my application (and when will my credit card be charged) or how long does it take them to return the unprocessed application?. Members please help me.

I am afraid it doesnt sound good. Credit Card / DD is usually cashed/charged within 2 weeks or even in some cases earlier. If its been 3 months, and there has been no Charging of your credit card, that is not good.

BUT just to be sure, email them with your details, Name, Birth Date, Address, Phone, and the Date when they received the Package from you. Also just add received by whom (as per your courier) so it is easy to track your application....

Send them email and get first hand information from the CIO.

There might be some delay at CIO side due to a large number of applications. You will receive your documents and money very soon
