Seniors help on returned app

Hi there

Applied for FSWP noc 2171, June 2014.
Finally received our app back after 7 months... There was a postal strike and hence the delay..
The payment form was incorrectly completed. we we're going to pay by cc..
Is there any chance we can appeal this as it is just a minor error... Has anyone experienced this...?.

I know FSWP is closed but want to see if we can do something ..else apply via EE

Appeal what? One can only appeal if the mistake is on CIC's part, which is not in this case. The error was enough to make your application incomplete. So you should just move on and try to apply under the new system.
