No fees at the a/port.
2 What about registering our self to employment institutes does they charge money?
There r many placement agencies. Some charge for registration, some don't.
3 SIN no where can we get that and after how many days?
Service Canada offices. Available nearly everywhere in the city [including shopping malls].
4 T.C will be good option to take money to Canada ?
Yes. If the amount is large -take the larger part of it by a draft [Note: It'd take min 30 days to encash].
5 How Much money CAD$ shud i keep with me as cash ,when i land ?
About $1-2K should be fine. Carry some loose change too.
6 Laptops are cheaper in Canada or in India?
Cheaper & better configuration in Canada.
7 Mobiles are cheaper in Canada or India and they use (GSM or MTNL) ?
Ditto as in point-6. MTNL? -I've no idea. In Canada they have both -GSM & CDMA.
8 How much weight is allowed on plane per/person from new Delhi to Toronto?
About ND I've no idea... from the Gulf 'only' 1 Piece/person of 23 Kgs. is permitted for Free.

Answers:

1: No fees. Keep few CAD coins as you need to insert 2 CAD coin for each trolley at baggage area. But if you have some small notes you can get it changed at the Exchange Kiosk near by.

2. There are lot of free on line registrations are available.

3. You can apply with Service Canada office which are located in many locations. It will take one week to get the card by mail.

4. TC is a good option for safety.

5. I suggest CAD 1000 - 2000 in cash. You can change the TC later according to the needs

6 & 7 : If you don't have a good laptop and Cell phone better you buy it here. If you have one already in use, then bring it.

8. 23 kg per piece x 2 = 46 kg plus hand bag 8 to 10 kg.
for each passenger.

Hi Mohit,

My answer was immediately behind quorax.

I will repeat about the baggage you can carry which I feel very important for all travellers to Canada.

You can carry 46 kg total weight from Delhi to Canada plus a hand bag weighing beween 8 to 10 kg. Some airlines are very strict on hand baggage weight but some are flexible. So don't take more than 10 kg.
In addition to the regular hand bag you and member of family can carry one laptop each additional which is not weighed. Also if your wife is accompanying she can carry a small ladies had bag also along with the usual hand bag. But please keep in mind that the new (latest) passenger security regulations will not permit to carry any liquid in hand bag such as oil, creme, tooth paste, perfume spray etc which exceeds more than 100 ml in size. This also include milk for infants in certain airports like London.
