Hello All Seniors,

My employer is getting audited by service canada for my previous lmo. My timeline is in signature. This employer compliance review looks like part of my application with cic for PR.

What are your views about this?

If no fraud was committed when LMO request was submitted than you should not worry about.
 
im not worried about that my company is getting audited for my previous lmia/lmo. What bothers me is the time taken by service canada to do this audit.
Am i not going to get DM until SC do this audit?

No one here can say if these cases are connected (unless s/he works for CIC or Canada Gov). Maybe CIC asked Service Canada to check LMO validity as part of you background check or maybe requests from CIC just switched on the read light for Service Canada and they decided to check LMOs for specific company and it should not hold your PR process at all... who knows. The best you can do is to relax - just wait and see.
 
It's just been about a month, so wouldn't worry about it much..
IF there is no more movement at all by early December, then you can start to worry... but for atleast another month, I suggest you sit back and relax..
 
My employer got a letter from service canada integrity branch. It says xxxxx has been selected for an inspection to verify compliance under IRPR, in the previously issued lmia and annex selected for inspection.

Compliance review includes 4 parts:
1 Wages
2 Working conditions
3 Actively engaged in business
4 Occupation

Documents asked for Wages: copies of 2 month paystubs, copies of Time sheets
Documents asked for working conditions: copy of clearance letter
Documents asked for actively engaged in business: copy of business license or permit
Documents asked for occupation: (i) copies of job duties (ii) exact work location(s) of the tfw(s) (complete address(s))


My employer have paystubs, time sheets, copy of clearance letter, business license.
what is copies of job duties?? what kind of document he has to send for copies of job duties??
I am a drywall installer and everyday we work at different locations in lower mainland area( vancouver, richmond, coquitlam, delta, langley, surrey) What he has to put for exact work location under occupation review???
