Sending your passport to Ottawa for Multiple entry visa after receiving PGWP

Hello,
I happen to send my passport to the Ottawa address before I received the confirmation by them. I just received a email saying thy will need my passport along with the confirmation letter. Can I send the letter in another mail to the same address? Will there be any problem? Please advice.

Did you call CIC to confirm what needs to be done, They can definitely give you the best advice, and done just talk to one Agent, Try to talk to couple of them before taking next step...
