Sending Webform because of 35days delay sds result in visa rejection?

first time my visa rejected due to reason i didnt come back to india after course based on purpose of visit.

then i reaaplied on June24th 2019. in Sds online
In july11 medical passed.and biometric correspondnce letter recived on same day.
TILL I DIDNT GET ANY UPDATE,SO TODAY I SEND WEBFORM requesting an update about delay in IRCC website.

WILL THIS WEBFORM REQUEST RESULT IN VISA REJECTION IF VISA OFFICER GETS ANGRY???

Sorry if I'm rude, but this is a very funny question. This is not some playground or political post. The visa officer has to give a valid reason for approval or rejection. Don't worry, sending a webform will not affect your application.

Lol, nah, you are fine.
The VO can not reject your application because of his mood. They have to give a valid reason for the rejection.

its your reponsibility to ask why your visa is not being processed in time.Don't worry about these sort of things.
