sending supporting documents

Hi All I would like to ask a question, I need to submit supporting documents to the Visa Office and I was wondering if I need to write my AOR file number outside the envelope together with the address or inside the envelope with the supporting documents.

No harm in putting it on the envelope. Enclose an explanation letter detailing what you are providing and include the reference number on this also.
