Sending spouse tvr while waiting for spouse ?

I sent my documents oft and I still haven’t received an aor or anything. So I was going to send for a visitor visa for him in February . Just afraid if after he comes here they will ask him for medical or anything else and he would have to go back home.

Or can medical be done from anywhere ?

the applicant can do medical in any country (Canada or abroad).....where there a panel physician

You can try for the visit visa, but I think it's not often the give when there is a sponsor application is progress. Good luck
