I am currently in US and looking for some options how to send passport for stamping PR visa in NDVO..

Can I send my dependent with passport for stamping.. if any other options available would like to know.. also need to know how much time NDVO takes for stamping process.

Yes, you can send your dependent with passport. Just include a authorization letter.

Thanks .. would like to know is PR stamping is done how can dependent come back to Canada with immigration status.

I dont think it is leagal to do that.

Once you get ppr email ask them if you can submit your passport to nearest CIC office. There are an option in the email that if you are unable to submit your passport at requested visa office then they can make some arrangement to print visa at your nearest office.
