Sending outland application within Canada

Hello,

We live in France and are almost ready to send the common-law application.

Thing is, we are going to Canada on vacation soon. Is it worth it to send the application once in Canada or sending it from France is just fine? We are so scared that the package might get lost once sent.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Send it now from France. Send it by 'proper' international courier (DHL, FEDEX or UPS), that way it will get special customs treatment and you can track it all the way to delivery, should take 3 or 4 days.
