Hi guys!

I'm from Brazil, but I'm currently living in South Africa.
My husband and I submitted our application last week (Oct 7th), but I just realized that I might have a problem with my Brazilian PCC.

I got a document issued on Aug 11th because I had to request its sworn translation, however, I went back to Brazil for a month after that, and came back to SA in September.

Now I want to send a new PCC issued after I left Brazil so maybe they'll not refuse our application, but I'm not sure how to do it.

Can I send it via IRCC Webform?

you should be fine. The PCC is acceptable as long as it's issued after you lived 6 MONTHS IN A ROW. If you only went back for a month, your PCC will still be valid.

They might still request an updated PCC after reviewing your application, but that's not basis for rejection.

After you submitted your application, you should receive an AOR letter - on the letter it contains a link to send case specific inquiries. You can use that link to submit new documents.

Thank you for your swift reply. :)

I was concerned after reading about some issues that other people had with their PCCs.

I'm going to check the letter for the link like you said. Since I already requested a new PCC, I think I'll send it just in case.
