Hi

Is it recomendated to send more evidence of relationship when our fil reach the VO ?

I ask because I sent a lot of proof but still, my relation with my husband was just 16 months old at the time of the aplication, so I think maybe it will be a concern for the agent.

I am currently living with him in his country and I plan to stay here until dicember (and I stated it in the aplication, with a copy of my return ticket). So I think it could be helpfull to send proofs from july to december (fotos, flight tickets, etc.).

But I'm looking on the forum and I see a some people say it's ok to send, other saying never send anything until they ask. Anybody have helpfull information about that?

Thank you

Personally I would wait to see if they request it. I thought the same thing, that I would be scrutinized over our finances and thought of sending more information, but why do that if you already sent a lot of proof it's likely not needed.

Thank you for the answer Aquakitty.
But you are an american-canadian couple. It seems they almost always accept it in that case. My husband is from a developing country :-\

I wouldn't send more either. I was even asked for financial information later on. If they need it, they'll ask. Adding stuff may get the application muddled around with. I highly suspect that adding in my financial paperwork got my application misplaced in the piles and thus it took 9 months longer to get a decision.

OK I will wait then.... I would have feel more confident sending more. But I guess it's better to wait. Thank you all
