Hi everyone,

Just wondering..some of the forms at the last pages say to send any evidence etc... should we put the evidence behind these pages, or is
it ok if we just have a separate envelope with all the evidence together (like photos, convos, emails, phone bills, plane tickets)

and have the sponsorship, and immigration forms in another envelope

but of course send all the envelopes in one big envelope at the post office so none get separated.

Is this ok?

Yes, this is fine.

I followed exactly what the forms said and included any additional proof (i.e. photos) behind the form(s). I put all forms in plastic sleeves that open from the side with a sticky label of the sleeve describing the contents. I also printed the sticky label on paper and included that, because I figured they would scrap the plastic sleeves.

I'm not sure if it would make any difference, other than the VO having to go through your proof of relationship folder. I figured it would be easier for the VO to find the evidence if it was included with the form(s). The main form where we did this was the sponsored person questionnaire (IMM5490)...specifically Q9 (development of relationship) we included photos of our first holiday together and our very first picture together, plus Q15 we included wedding pictures and pictures of our rings.

Good luck!

Hey FS, funny to read that you had plastic sleeves and sticky labels ;D i thought u didn't want anything that would make the VO's life harder? =)

This is absolutely fine. You may want to consider adding a page upfront detailing what you are sending so they know where to look for each piece (especially since components - like photos - are requested in multiple places).

Yes, of course! Perhaps label each internal envelope with your name and date of birth (or UCI number if you have one from a prior application) just in case they drop one as they open them up since they have so many documents they are processing.

Good luck with your application :)
