Sending FSW Applications by Courier

Hello All,
As I wait for my ECA i was thinking about how best to send the application to CIC and got confused. If I courier should I use the courier company's packaging (box / envelope) or just my own envelope of the specified size?

Any thoughts / views / good practices?

As per CIC website: Put the completed forms, supporting documents required by the CIO and fee payment in a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope.

Thanks askhan. I will put everything in the specified size envelop and then hand it to Courier company to add their packaging - as suggested by solomonwise in another thread.
