Hi,

I have previously mailed certain documents as POLICE CLEARANCE LETTER and some others via Indian speed post to the high commission and usual mail on their P.O box address also. But since they don't acknowledged whether it reached them, I am confused. Do they check the speed post and other mails with concern? What is the best way to submit documents in the Canadian high commission, Delhi?

Check with Tracking number or apply for gcms notes. Notes will cost you 5 dollar and your spouse in Canada can order it.. Detail of your file will be known, every detail...notes will take one month to receive.embassy will never response ...

Send them an email with all the details of you file and ask them if they received the requested documents? it wont cost you anything and they will reply you within a month with answer. I did that when I applied and I got response from them.
