Sending Document to WES

I wish to ask regarding sending docs to WES for ECA report required for express entry.

Do the attested transcripts and degree certificate have to be original or colored photocopies? If photocopies, do they have to attested before making photocopies or first i should make photocopies and then have them attested??

They have to be original transcripts that need to be sent directly to WES from the University in sealed envelopes.

Since WES considers the documents sent to them their property and once sent we won't receive it back, but what If my docs are not complete and they reject sending me a ECA report. Am I not risking to lose my original transcript? I might need it in future for other objectives.

Do the degree certificate have to be original as well?

A transcript is just an official copy of your original mark sheets. You can order any number of copies from the University. WES doesn't ask for your original mark sheets and also I didn't send my degree certificate.

AFAIK They won't reject it, they'll ask you to send the missing documents and also I'll trust the university to send all sheets.

Well in my country the University hands over two things after one graduates the degree certificate after 4 months and the Final Official Transcript. In order to get copies of it they provide you with duplicate Transcripts with the huge "duplicate" watermark. Also have to pay for it as well. And unlike you I don't trust my University or the HEC.
