Sending docs for ECA to WES by myself after Dec 1, 2018 rule changes

Hi,

Most of us know by now that WES expects marksheets to be sent directly by WES.
Some colleges agree to do this, some don't.
My college agreed and i made them send it twice.
Both the times my docs were rejected with reason - "WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES."
There was nothing wrong with the sealed package, contents were perfect.
Now my college has no clue what to do.

So, I have the sealed envelope with me and this time i'm gonna send it myself.
I read in earlier posts that guys from Pune Uni and JNTU, Hyd have done this successfully and gotten the docs accepted by WES.

3 things
1) What should be the "From" address on the courier label? "Registrar, address of Some College X" or just "address of Some College X"? If anyone has already done it please tell exactly what u wrote in full.
2) What do i sign as? Do i just write the word "Registrar" or do i find out the name of the registrar of my college and try sign as him?
3) If Fedex or DHL asks for ID proof what do i do? Is like the copy of the ID proof also given to WES?

Best option is get official envelope of your college where college address is printed on it (if your college has such envelopes).. OR get plain envelope, Get college address stamped in the bottom of envelope.. Secondly, area where you seal the envelope, put one more stamp on the line where adhesive is applied..

Another problem I see here (I'm not sure if this is the case), WES expects this document to be sent by UNIVERSITY not the COLLEGE.. So if college name is A and course is approved by university B then it should be sent by university B not college A..
