1. The Offical Receipt I printed from the internet asks for Client date of birth....that is mine (Sponsor) or my husbands (Applicant) ?

2. The receipt also asks for Client ID? I don't have an ID yet do I leave this blank?

3. I can't find anywhere in the guide that says I must use paper clips other then where it talks about photos being loose. My lawyer says I can staple each individual form together instead of 500 paper clips. What is your experience?

(Let me clarify that I would only be stapling a single form ie: IMM 5540 together itself)

I have seen on here that people have said you must only use paperclips so just looking for clarification. I want to send it in the next couple hours !!!!! ;D

1. Sponsor's DOB.
2. Leave it blank.
3. No staples. Use paperclips, they are only going to take it apart again.
