Hello guys..

I have a question about sending additional document after we submit the application.

Like in my case I submitted my application for spousal sponsorship during August 1st week..I was not working that time so I showed "unemployed" in the application but had included my bank statements and previous pay stubs for financial evidence.

But after submitting my application, I got a part time job this week.. So should I send them this information and employment letter now or just wait for the processing and approval ?

I ll appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks

I also have same problem with you. Hope someone could enlighten us.

Any one can please put some words ????

will be appreciated..

Thanks

Wait until the file has been approved to sponsor and transferred to the VO. Additional information sent to CPC-M at this time might almost certainly not be matched up with the original application, as packages are assessed in the order received. There is no guarantee they will be able to match up this additional information with the original package, or even that the original application will still be at CPC-M by the time they get around to dealing with your second package.

When the sponsor is approved and the file is sent to the VO, send your additional information directly to them. Remember, the sponsor is to remain eligible throughout the entire process, just because CPC-M has approved you doesn't mean you have to stop proving your eligibility there. In the case where the sponsor was not working, changed jobs or got additional work, it is good to send this information on to the VO so that your spouse is not subjected to possible denial because of Section A39 (unable/unwilling to support self).

Hey CharlieD10

Thanks so much for your suggestion..

I am getting the same opinion from others too that not to bother them at this time.. I can send them if they request later..

I appreciate your suggestion...

Thanks and good luck

I have a question about additional documents as well. Our file was transferred to the VO but we have heard nothing and have no new file number from them yet. How will I know if they match the documents to our file when I have no number to quote?

Thanks.

You can wait for the file number which is advisable or send the documents with the Applicants name and date of birth clearly marked on the cover letter requesting they be added to the file.
