Send PCC without being requested

Hi All

I am an Oct 14 applicant with AOR.

Should I wait for the email requesting for my Police certificates or just go ahead and send them voluntarily?

If so, can someone confirm the address I should send them to? It will be great if you can point me to the link in CIC which mentions this address.
