Send IMM1294 again

Hi,

I got a notification today that I need to submit IMM1294 again. The form said that if you are under 18 not to fill Background info, but now they have requested to fill in that section.

My question is can I download a new IMM1294 form again and fill it from scratch or do I have to use the previous soft version I saved on my laptop, the reason I am asking is because the last page has some barcodes, and I am not sure of the last version I saved on my laptop(i saved many). Thanks

Another related question, I submitted paper application and linked it online, is there some way I can upload it, or I have to submit it physically at VFS where I submitted it earlier. Thanks
