Send FSW3 to Sydney, NS or London, England

Hi,

I'm a British citizen applying for FSW3 and I've had mixed answers about where to send my application to?
I'll be in Canada until August 2010, but after that I will probably have to go back to the UK.
So where should I send the application to?

All FSW applications initially go to Sydney.

i realised i asked the wrong question.
i understand you have to request a visa office-is this normally where you are living (Canada for 2 more months) or the UK (where i will have to go to)?

If you were admitted to Canada for 1 year, you choose, either Buffalo or London, if not admitted then London.

by the time my visa expires in June 2010 i will have lived in Canada for 2 years. from you answer i can choose either Buffalo or London?
is one faster than the other?
