I wanted to take an advice from you on whether I should re-apply to CIO with a new application.
My current file history is as follows:
PR Application filed with New Delhi as FSW1 (job occupation was in the 38 NOC list) - March 19 2008
E-case status updated to : "Application Received: The Delhi office started processing your application on April 3, 2008."
Application transfered to Nova Scotia for initian assesment - March 2, 2009
E-case status updated to : "The Delhi office transfered your application to Nova Scotia."
Submitted a copy of IELTS Score to Nova Scotia - August 2009
Submitted a copy of AEO (HRDC approved) to Nova Scotia - September 2009
FSW Application transfered to New Delhi - 19 Jan 2010
E-case Status updated to : "In Process - Your application has been transferred to the New Delhi office."
It has been more than 2 years and I haven't been requested to submit my complete documentation i.e. I have received no 'call for documents'. I am awaiting further instructions from the New Delhi office. After an e-case enquiry, the Delhi office responded "Please be advised that your current application is being processed under Ministerial Instructions and is awaiting officer review which should take place within the next month (April)."
Now, I would like to know whether I should submit a fresh applcation under FSW 2 (AEO) and expect that application to move faster?
Or should I continue with my patience with the current one!
