From INDIA, loan against FD so yes you can.

Hey Ashok I am funding my own education i do not have a sponsor or any working member in my family so is it advisable to go for a loan ( if I opt for a loan I do not have any body who will pay for the interest) or just show my 4 month old bank statement at the time of application.
