On a Positive note

My friend who was incorporated and working as a IT Analyst to a Company got his Medicals and RPRF

He did not even submit a T4.

So guys it worth trying for PR

The OP 25A was just updated, with Section 10.12 (pp. 10-12) addressing in detail the process of determining an applicant's employment status. CIC has basically adopted the CRA definition, and allows for applicants to request a ruling from the CRA and submit that as evidence.
