Self Employed Work Allowed With Job For International Student

I just want to know if self employed work is allowed like uber if an international student is allowed to work 20 hours a week and he/she is working in a company for 20 hours.

No it's has to be exactly 20 hours per week. Either you work as self employed for 20 hours or you work for a company for 20 hours. Working more than 20 is a violation of your study permit and you can be deported from doing so.

When you file your personal taxes, you will have to declare your income earned as self employed. That's how CIC will know. They do share information with CRA.

Then they will request proof of hours work and earnings which you will have to show if requested.
