Self Employed Program - Professional Photographer

Am I supposed to attach the transcript of my education or the report of my WES evaluation would suffice? Also, do I need to share the hard copy of my IELTS TRF or a Xerox copy that would do? Because the British Council is not willing to send me an additional copy unless and until I have lost mine.
