dear All,
please advize if you know.
My spouse is self-employed, with no ohter employee.
I am wondering how to write the Letter of Reference.
As the business is very small, don't know how to show the Total Annual Income and Benefit.
Thanks

self employed in which organization or company, no problem write Ref_letter to mentioned that she worked with them as full time, or get new exp_letter mentioned in that letter she is worked with them full-time self employed so, ref_letter is not needed.
if its small company then they filed for tax return or they paying tax, you can show proof of income of that comapny base on tax docs (but why you need to show company's income proof!!!).

If she is not the primary applicant then there is no need to show her employment references.

You only get points for her education under adaptability, so you need to show her Birth Certificate, passport copy, ID's Marriage cert, and Education Certificates, and PCC. That's it.

There's no need to show employment references if she is not the primary applicant.

But please note that if your using your wife as the base source of funds, they you will have to show proof of her business, and income

I would provide audited accounts for the company, and 6 months bank statements to show cash flows.

This is to show the IO what the source of funds is, basically proving that the funds are not borrowed through loans etc..

This is only if your using your wife's income as Proof of Funds. If not then discard this.

This is a visa office specific question whether the dependant spouse need to show exp certificates.
