Self Employed for the Past Eight Years, Need Advice regarding documentation!

Hello Everybody,

I have been running a textiles manufacturing business for the last eight years in India as as a sole proprietor. I have read that it is comparatively difficult to convince a VO in such cases. I have the following documents ready with me:

1. Industry License registered at the time of starting my business eight years ago,
2. An Importer Exporter code used at least twice to import machinery in the last couple of years,
3. A Sales Tax number with regular Sales Tax Return,
4. Company Accounts Balance Sheets and Income Tax Returns for the last as many years audited by a certified Chartered Accountant.
5. Utility Bills such as Electricity, telephone etc. in both my name and my Company name (at different work sites).

Please guide as to if these documents will suffice?

I am in charge of everything ranging from Purchases, Sales, marketing, repairs and maintenance and so I am thinking of NOC Code 0911. Is that appropriate?

Lastly, what kind/how many of third party reference letters are required?

Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd party individual(s) indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience.
