thanks for your reply. Better to add all those supporting documents too?

I don't think it's necessary if you're not claiming points for it, besides you will only have to provide work references and documents for those you claiming points for.

But wont it appear like misrepresentation from my last application where I mistakenly put in EMPLOYED? What if I put in self-employed now and provide documents to support it, with an affidavit saying that it was a honest mistake?

You could, but then you could also just explain in your letter of explanation that there was a misunderstanding relating to your employment, and then provide the details.

I just feel like it might complicate your application, because from what i remember you have different headings under which you attach work references for each work experience you're claiming. Where would you upload the documents for the experience you're not claiming? Along with one of the ones you are claiming for? It would appear odd.

Unless you attach it along with your LOE in one pdf document, that might work. You can do so if you want to provide evidence of what you're saying, but i think their focus will be mainly on what you are claiming for points. But if you can include everything in one document, i think you can do so. I understand the desire to refute the notion that you misrepresented your experience.

Yes. There is actually a place for additional documents. Maybe i can include it there. Truth is all I have just written here is what my lawyer suggested I do so as to be safe becuase the officer may go back to the previous application to get some details of the refusal, and if i dont come clean now, it may backfire.

Sure, i would definitely explain it in detail your LOE, and if you want to provide supporting documents you can do so as well. It's always better to get ahead of this at the beginning when you submit your application.
