Hello,

Someone advised me to attached a self declaration letter along with employment letters stating the missing info in them namely the working hours. Is this a good idea?

Moreover, Should this declaration be notarized? Should it be handwritten? Any typical format?

It's not a good idea, much better if you ask a supervisor or colleague to write/attest a letter for that. But if you must write a self attested letter than better to notarize it and type it rather than writing it with hand.

Thanks so if i understand right, your opinion is either a typed letter from a colleague / supervisor not necessarily notarizer or a typed notarized self declaration?

I meant avoid self declaration as far as possible. Get the letter written/signed by your colleague/supervisor regarding your missing details and get it notarized.

Depends on your notary and jurisdiction
wait so if we work from home, that would be a problem for work experience, the company assigns me a monthy task, I have to work on it for about a month with working hours of 3 hours week days and 4 hours weekends

Working from home is a different issue altogether and honestly I don't have much idea about it. Let's wait for someone with such experience to respond.
