Self atestion of job duties latter or any other valid for work exp. points ?????

employer not giving Job duties letter. wht can be option in this regard. " Work atestation" word also used in Docunent Checklist form ( on quebec website) . Does it mean self atestation ???Any one with knowledge in this condition. pl reply

Can you try get to an HR?

In india , Colleageous or suprior can request to HR but cant provide JD on letter had.
ya i tried To get to HR but they say we doesnt provide this type of Letter.
12 yrs total exp. i have

I m trying to get from Employer means from HR .
Self JD may not be considered i think .
