self-addressed mailing labels

Can I make such labels myself (using printed home address and taping few slides of double-sided tapes)?

thanks, i decided to make it myself.
Buying from Walmart is bad, too expensive.

I just took an A4 white paper , tore it into 2 pieces and wrote my address and sent. They wont reject the application on this small issues so no worries!!
